Hey,

I think Metro on Central would be perfect for you. Its a walkable distance to Griffith Uni with a private metro bus that runs almost every hour from 7.40am. Metro is located close to bus stops, major shopping centres, its right next door to Aldi Supermarket, Restaurants and Blockbuster Movies.
There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available and My flatmate and I are offering 2 WEEKS FREE RENT to anyone interested in moving in. We are breaking our lease so need tenants fairly quickly.
Metro also has its own Gym, 25m Lap Pool and great landlords. The rooms are $180 per week but with the 2 weeks free rent that comes down as well and this includes all utilities and internet. All rooms come with their own ensuite.
